✧ well hello there ✧

I’m Caitan educator, communicator, and content creator passionate about making complex ideas clear and actionable and cultivating connections. With experience spanning academia, industry, and creative fields, I specialize in transforming information into engaging, impactful messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

Throughout my academic career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring young adults as they deepen their knowledge and explore professional paths. More than high grades or academic honors, I’ve always measured success by the moments when I’ve ignited their curiosity, facilitated collaboration, and helped them grow into confident, discerning individuals.

In my professional roles, I’ve worked on a range of strategic initiatives, from content creation and media production to project management and team leadership. Whether supporting multidisciplinary teams, facilitating learning, or crafting content strategies, I focus on fostering emotional connections, building community, and navigating challenges with creativity.

At the core of my work, I strive to help others connect with information—and one another—in meaningful, responsible ways.

Words have immense power—they shape our understanding of the world and influence how we engage with it.

I create spaces where ideas are nurtured, curiosity is sparked, and collaboration thrives, ensuring lasting impact as well as care and respect for the people and topics involved. The work on this site offers a glimpse into my experiences and how I blend teaching, strategy, and storytelling.

If you’d like to chat or dive deeper into my projects, feel free to get in touch.

Away from the desk, you’ll likely find me playing volleyball, exploring a new destination or craft with my partner, panting my way through an epic hike with my dog, or luxuriating in a bubble bath while devouring the latest book from my TBR.
